Tailored Solutions
We advise on all available recruitment options including
Retained Recruitment – Paying in instalments as the position is taken exclusively by Venture Recruitment and screened shortlists are provided, followed by hosted interviews, and offer management. An agreed amount of resource is dedicated to the assignment.
Exclusive Agreement – The Client agrees that Venture Recruitment exclusively handles the recruitment for a specific assignment in return for a preferred rate, and the invoice is only paid upon placement.
Subscription Recruitment – For regular hiring, we offer a model to track talent each month and pipeline relevant candidates. That way the client can move quickly and we can spread the cost monthly over a calendar year
Value for Money
It may sound old fashioned in what is a very fast paced industry, but we at Venture Recruitment firmly believe in offering competitive rates whilst still delivering the tailored service to our clients.
We have extremely competitive preferred rates on offer for key clients – encouraging repeat business and volume work. Flat fees can also be arranged for specific assignments, giving clients peace of mind that no matter what the offer made to the successful candidate, the fee is fixed.
Transparency is key and we agree all charges and fees up front, with nothing hidden or added at the end of the recruitment assignment. The subscription model allows our clients to spread payments monthly over a calendar year.
