Dan McKeown – Principal

Dan has over 18 years specialist recruitment experience in Ireland. Having worked in Hays Recruitment for 4 years, focusing on tax and then managing the financial services team; Dan then moved to set up the Dublin office for Marks Sattin Limited. Marks Sattin are a specialist accounting & finance recruitment firm, and Dan spent the majority of his 7 years with the firm working on accountancy recruitment briefs with industry clients – ranging from pharmaceutical to technology companies.

Dan set up Venture Recruitment in early 2015 in order to service Irish based companies looking for superior recruitment service whilst delivering value for money. Venture Recruitment have a focus on difficult-to-fill positions as manager to director grades. We have a proven track record within the executive search space.

Shane Hickey – Partner

Shane has a background in International Real Estate having worked at a Country Manager level for a number of publicly listed developers across Europe and Africa. Shane is fluent in Spanish and has strong digital marketing expertise. He joined the business in December 2016 and has focused on Senior and C-level Finance and Compliance roles in the Aviation Finance and Leasing, Financial Services, and Technology spaces.
